Welcome to Versify,

These Terms of Use govern your use of Versify and provide information about the Versify Service, outlined below. When you create a Versify account or use Versify, you agree to these terms.

The Versify Service is one of the products, provided to you by THE TECHNOLOGY COMPANY. These Terms of Use therefore constitute an agreement between you and THE TECHNOLOGY COMPANY.

ARBITRATION NOTICE: YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. WE EXPLAIN SOME EXCEPTIONS AND HOW YOU CAN OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION BELOW.

The Versify Service

We agree to provide you with the Vesify Service. The Service includes all of the Versify products, features, applications, services, technologies, and software that we provide to advance Versify’s mission: to make us more accessible to independent education. The Service is made up of the following aspects (the Service):

Account registration requires you to submit to Versify certain personal information, such as your name, address, mobile phone number and age, as well as at least one valid payment method supported by Versify. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account. Your failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account information, including having an invalid or expired payment method on file, may result in your inability to access or use the Services. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times. Unless otherwise permitted by Versify in writing, you may only possess one Account.

Your Commitments

In return for our commitment to provide the Service, we require you to make the below commitments to us.

Who Can Use Versify. We want our Service to be as open and inclusive as possible, but we also want it to be safe, secure, and in accordance with the law. So, we need you to commit to a few restrictions in order to be part of the Versify community.

How You Can't Use Versify. Providing a safe and open Service for a broad community requires that we all do our part.

Permissions You Give to Us. As part of our agreement, you also give us permissions that we need to provide the Service.

We always appreciate feedback or other suggestions, but may use them without any restrictions or obligation to compensate you for them, and are under no obligation to keep them confidential.

Updating These Terms

We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not want to agree to these or any updated Terms.
